We are only human, and so are the people that make our products! So whilst all care is taken in the production and delivery of our products, in an extremely rare instance that your product is received damaged or faulty it will be replaced, in this instance postage and handling is also covered. Please advise by email at email@example.com within three days of receipt of product.
If you have had a change of heart concerning the colour/style or sizing of your products ordered these may be returned and exchanged for your preference. Please advise us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt of product. Please note we are unable to refund postage/shipping and handling charges of orders in this instance and further shipping or postage is the responsibility of the consumer. It is best advised to include a self addressed pre-paid satchel for us to send you your replacement garment.
On contact for Returns or faults please include: Full name/ Address/ Date of Order/order number. Details of product that you are intending to return/ reason for return and your request. Our office will notify you within a 24 -48 hour period (or next working day.)
Our above return policies do not apply if the garment has been soiled, worn or tags removed.
All returned garments will be assessed once returned to our warehouse. We reserve the right to respectively refuse return/refund or exchange if these above listed requirements are not met.
Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged. Because items on our sale page are at a greatly reduced price or have bonus’s attached this type of sale is considered final.
If your Run Jump Splash Play® products have been purchased through a retailer please contact that retailer for their individual return policies.
