Product Availability

Regretfully as the colour of our Slicks® play wear can change seasonally we cannot do back orders for items. If you have a request for a particular item that is showing sold out on our order form please email us your query and we will be able to advise you if and when it may become available again for you to purchase.

Cancelations

If you have had a change of heart and wish to cancel your order please advise us with a follow up email immediately.

Pricing

Pricing is in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change (up or down) with out prior notification and may differ from other sites or retail outlets that stock our products. All special offers, competitions, services, incentives or sale items show cased here are applicable for and from this Run Jump Splash Play® site only unless stipulated.

Prices are honoured and valid as of the date order is placed and received by us.

Service

With ‘service’ disappearing from so many businesses’ Run Jump Splash Play® prides itself on our prompt and personalised service. We want you to be so happy with our product and service that you will tell all your friends and come back.

You will be informed if there are any hold ups of your order.

If you have contacted us and have not had a response back from us within a reasonable space of time we may have had difficulties receiving your message. In this instance please contact us by an alternative method to ensure we are aware of your request.

Information concerning our polices and/or general information can be added or altered on this site without notification. It is advised that when purchasing, even if you have visited us before to read through the Terms and Conditions each time before you purchase.
