Delivery

For all orders within Australia we use Australia Post Express. This service takes only 1-3 working days from dispatch to most areas in the country.

Delivery is charged at a flat $9.50. For our on-line customers, if your order is over $125.00 it will be completely free within Australia. (Free delivery excludes wholesale orders.)

Goods are dispatched usually within 12-48 hours of order lodgement. With the exception of weekends or public holidays. If there are any delays you will be notified.

Please contact us by email and or phone if your goods have not arrived within a reasonable amount of time so that your parcel can be tracked.

If you have not been home when delivered your parcel may be held at a local agent. They will leave a card in letter box or at door to notify you.

If you require the goods by a certain day please contact us to query. If there is any thing we can do to deliver to your destination quicker we will try our best.

If your order is a gift and you wish it to be posted directly to them please advise us on the order page under ‘Special Instructions’ and ensure delivery address is clearly stated as separate to the payment address. If a note from you is to be included with the package please specify at the same time.

For delivery outside of Australia please contact us to query, including which items you require and all your delivery specifications. In some instances we may have agents who are based overseas in your area and able to assist.
